Join us for a culinary adventure where you'll whip up not one, not two, but three mouth-watering Italian sauces in the traditional way. You'll be amazed at how simple and quick these recipes are, and you'll leave wondering why you ever bothered with store-bought options. Picture yourself draping these sauces over your favourite pasta, feeling like a bona fide chef, even if you've never boiled water before.

You can pick from a delightful mix of Napoli, Norma, Mushroom (take your pick with or without tomato), Pesto, Alio-Olio, Fresh Tomato, and Ragu. We'll even treat you to a lovely lunch featuring one of these sauces paired with a plate of homemade fresh pasta. And just when you think it can't get better, we'll wrap it all up with a dessert and some espresso, because when in Italy (or pretending to be), you've got to do it right. Just remember, bring your sense of humour and maybe a friend or two—because sharing is caring, especially when it comes to sauce.
