Join us in the beautiful Blue Mountains for a delightful adventure in the art of Kintsugi, the ancient Japanese technique that proves that nothing is truly broken, just beautifully flawed. In this laid-back four-hour workshop, you'll dive into the world of Kintsugi—where shattered ceramics are lovingly mended with lacquer and a sprinkle of gold dust to flaunt their imperfections. But don't worry, we're keeping it modern and accessible. You'll use some nifty materials like resin and gold metal, allowing you to create your masterpiece in a single session without risking any finger injuries.

By the end of the day, you'll leave with a unique piece of Kintsugi art that's practically begging for Instagram fame, and you'll be ready to give your own cherished items a second chance at life. So bring your creative spirit, and let's find the beauty in all those cracks and chips together. Just think of it as therapy for your broken treasures, and maybe for your soul too. Cost is $175 per person, and we'll meet at the charming Gang Gang gallery in Lithgow from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, 24 May 2025.
