Get ready to kick up your heels at the "Bush and Social Dancing" shindig with the Blue Mountains Heritage Dancers, happening in December 2024. You can expect an eclectic mix of fancy footwork including Australian Bush, English Country Dances, American Contra, and Scottish Country Dance. Don't worry if you've got two left feet; it's totally beginner-friendly and the best part? Your first two sessions won't cost you a cent. All dances are taught and called, so you won't be stumbling around like a lost sheep. No need to bring a partner—just bring yourself and a festive spirit.

Mark your calendars for Wednesdays on the 4th, 11th, and 18th of December from 7:00pm to 9:30pm at the Mechanics Institute in Lawson. Oh, and don't forget to bring your own mug for a lovely supper of tea and biscuits—you wouldn't want to risk a tea-less dance-off now, would you?
