Seitan is like the Swiss Army knife of meat alternatives—super versatile but sometimes it comes with a bit of a gluten aftertaste that can stick around like an unwanted houseguest. In this class, we're going to kick that gluten flavour to the curb and whip up some delicious seitan dishes that cater to a range of tastes. From sizzling stir-fries to hearty meatballs, you'll learn how to make seitan sing rather than sulk.
Join us for a laid-back cooking session with 6-8 fellow food explorers. It's $65.50 per person to get your hands (and aprons) dirty, and trust us, you'll leave with more than just a full belly—you'll leave with skills to impress your mates.
