Get ready to celebrate half a century of International Women's Day in style at "The Art of Persistence" exhibition. On Saturday, March 8th, dust off those walking shoes and join the Grand Parade. It kicks off at 10:30 am from the Civic Centre Arcade, where you can strut and stroll your way to the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre. Grab your mates, and let's make our way to the opening in the Seminar Room, preferably without losing anyone along the way.

After you've paraded around, stick around for some cultural treats. At 11 am, the Wagana Dancers will enchant you with their moves. If you're feeling crafty, don't miss the Art of Persistence Workshop, running from 1 pm to 3 pm, where you can unleash your inner Picasso with the MWA Artist Collective and Anastasia.
