Thankfully Karu survived the Grose Valley Fire and are continuing to distil delicious gin.

Affinity Gin is their baby, floral with a juniper touch and a citrus twist. Excellent over ice with soda water to enjoy in front of a roaring fire.

Absolutely amazing distillery and people! I met Ally and Nick around 2 years ago and have watched their business grow off the back of their amazing products and the local community mindset is a beauty.

The distillery itself is phenomenal and the view while doing a tasting is a sublime combo.

Can't say how much I suggest you visit these two locals who are making award winning gin!
