Word has it there is a chocolate making workshop happening if you are keen to get a bit hands on with cocoa. Sarah Messina, who is usually busy with Permaculture Matters things, will be showing folks the ropes for three hours. It is all about figuring out how chocolate transforms from a humble bean into the tasty bar we all know and love. Prepare for some delightful mess, one imagines.

You will apparently get to craft your own unique chocolate creation to take home, which sounds like a win. The damage is seventy four dollars. It is set for Saturday 16 August 2025, kicking off at ten o'clock in the morning and wrapping up by one o'clock in the afternoon. You will find it at the inner space, which is located at 96a Camp Street in Katoomba.
