Got a little chef aged 7 to 13 who's keen to get their hands sticky with dough? This pasta making class in Katoomba is exactly where they can channel their inner Nonna. They'll have a go at kneading, rolling out sheets, and turning those sheets into fettuccine strips without accidentally launching flour across the room.
