Sounds of Sunday is an initiative supporting local Blue Mountains artists and, as agreed with the artists, raises funds for charity. A proportion of the proceeds from this concert will be donated to Junction 142 in Katoomba to support the Homeless.

Ann Palumbo's bio has always read "multi-instrumentalist across a number a genres from classical to tango to jazz to folk/country, original indi singer/songwriter to rock" so she has invited colleagues from many of those musical areas to join her own 'variety show.'
