The Springwood Growers Market is set to open its doors, or rather, its stalls, on Sunday, 27 July 2025. You can mosey on down to the Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub in Springwood from 8:00am right through to midday. This market has been a reliable fixture since 2015, and they reckon they'll have well over fifty growers and producers on hand, so it's likely to be a decent browse.

Expect a good old spread of what's fresh and what's tasty. They're planning to have organic fruit and vegetables, alongside various bits of beef, pork, and bacon, because sometimes a bit of crackling is exactly what you need. For those with a more European palate, there will be olives and antipasto, plus a vegan bakery if you're steering clear of animal products. You might also find Polish Kransky, some Trunkey Bacon all the way from Orange (which sounds like it means business), and Tibetan Momos, which are always a good shout if you're feeling peckish. The best part is, it won't cost you a quid just to walk in.
