You are invited to come to the first wild edible mushroom hunt in May! The foraging season in cool climate pine forests around Sydney is still on, and the delicacies found there are highly prized by the best Australian chefs. .

The tour will take place in Hampton State Forest, which is just a short drive from Hampton beyond the Blue Mountains. During the tour, participants will learn how to identify and collect edible mushrooms, process them to cook a scrumptious lunch, and see how to preserve the bounty.
